  Wanted: An experiencedCredentialing Mission Lead, a lead position forseveral IT environments transforming/migrating intowithdemonstratedexperience in planning, directing,andcoordinatingactivities insuch fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systemsanalysis, and computerprogramming;proven experience in customer facing,data management, infrastructure support, cultivating long-term client andstakeholder relationships in the information technology space.As aCredentialing Mission Lead, you will:Work with the latest, cutting edge technology.Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.Receive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Enjoy flexibility managing your work hours and personal needs with a singleaccrual leave plan.

  A week in the life of aCredentialing Mission Lead:Be responsible for the leadership of large cross-functional teams over-seeinga portfolio of network, VMware, Windows, applicationteams,architects, and Project Sponsorsusing Agile, Lean andITSM.BringITSM and process improvement into O&M scope of services resulting inprogram maturity measurement and score carding.Collaborate with Technical Architects moving projects to next phase,removing blockers, aligning Kanban board to reflect projects in each phase.Lead Daily Stand-Up meetings, ensure Scrum rulesarefollowed andaddresstechnicalteam concerns regarding rules of Scrum huddles.Collaborate with the Scrum Mastersand Development teamsto automate systemalerts within ITSMtools, documenting alert emails to key stakeholders forthe awareness of system issues that may need immediate attention; useretrospect during Sprints to understand which user stories worked.Spearhead the delivery of infrastructure builds, retirements, and refreshprojects, following Lean, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  If this position is performed from Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado EqualPay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this positionis$96,300-$160,800. Actual compensation will be determined based onseveral factors permitted by law. Pursuant to Colorado law, the actualcompensation paid for this position may be outside of this range.   Job Requirements

  A minimumof12 years ofrecent and relevantexperience.ITIL V4certificationA Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in businessmanagement, information technology management, or a related field.Preferred domain expertiseneeded:Program Management,Process Management,andITSM/ITIL.Preferred technical skills:Agile Program leadership,SDLC,ChangeManagement,Lean Six Sigma,ITIL v4 processes.Preferred additional certifications:PMP,Scrum Master. Security+Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearancepreferred but not required.Prior experience wit and knowledge of TSA's mission priorities,systems, and applications preferred but not required.Strong written and oral communication skills.
