We are seeking a Creative Services Manager to join the Customer Content team, one of three pillars within the CMO&I Integrated Marketing team. This role will lead the production of select digital assets on behalf of teams within the Americas CMO&I, including Events, Field Marketing, and Industry teams. This role will also have the opportunity to support other programs within the Customer Content team, including but not limited to the Americas Customer Evidence program. As this is a new role within the organization, the first priority will be managing the unique local event Bill of Materials (BOM) production process, working to ensure the process is optimized and that event BOM needs are met while managing Full Time Employee (FTE) agency capacity. Assets for unique local event BOM will include a combination of registration page copy, pre/post event email copy and imagery, and social imagery. Upon establishing a solid rhythm of business for the event BOM production process, the role will expand into the production of additional digital assets (copy/email/banners/one-pagers/imagery, etc.). This role will also be responsible for the management of agency partners in the production of these assets, inclusive of contracting/scope/briefing/billing, and feedback cycles. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
Digital Event BOM Production – Management of end-to-end process inclusive of intake, agency briefing, shaping asset development, managing stakeholder reviews, ensuring alignment to Microsoft accessibility, inclusivity, audience relevancy, brand, voice, and accuracy standards, campaign v-team status share-out, and asset handoff.
One-Off Digital Asset Production – Management of end-to-end production process for one-off field/industry assets.
Program & Project Management – Establish program guidelines and processes, optimize existing processes, and organize/manage multiple overlapping projects in collaboration with internal contractor support, ensuring assets a produced and delivered according to agreed upon work back schedules.
Agency Management – Management of agency inclusive of Scope of Work (SOW), Purchase Order (PO), briefing, feedback cycles, and invoicing in accordance with Microsoft compliance policy.
Budget & Capacity Management – Management of quarterly budget forecasts, one-off asset cost estimates, internal cross-charge procedures, and agency/FTE production capacity to determine limits and manage project bandwidth.
Asset localization – Management of asset translation process as needed based on project briefs.
Customer Content Program Support – Potential opportunity for scope expansion to learn and support other programs within Customer Content team as needed, such as asset production for our Customer Evidence or Microsoft In Business programs.
Business Partner Collaboration – Collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure satisfactory briefs are submitted and expectations are properly managed throughout project. Advocate with Global Demand Center (GDC) for regional event BOM needs.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
1+ years commercial (Business to Business) marketing execution experience in the technology industry.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations,
OR related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations,
OR related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
Field Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
