About Creative Program Manager, Amazon Devices

  Description

The Amazon Devices Visual Experience team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Creative Program Manager to lead innovative and compelling marketing initiatives. This role will oversee the execution and to day-to-day processes of creative projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives. They will be responsible for building effective partnerships with our Creative teams, manage creative development, production, and localization workflows, and drive cross functional team alignment within our Device teams, business partners and external agencies.

This candidate will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, strong strategic thinking and problem solving, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership. This role is solutions focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers. They will have a comprehensive understanding of the creative development process; across concept development, production, and delivery and trafficking phases. Additionally, this individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, while working closely with the internal creative team to develop and execute innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.

This role will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks, and implement processes to raise the bar on creative deliverables for integrated cross-site events. They are able to clearly define roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders, manage multiple end-to end creative workflows, and able to proactively provide thoughtful solutions to address changes in timelines or feedback. They will be an organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  Key job responsibilities

  · Intake business problems from your partner teams and own the production process until the final delivery.

  · Determine priority for each request and plan and execute operation most relevant

  · Serve as the primary point of contact for all ongoing projects. Work closely with design leads and creative director to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity

  · Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints

  · Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution

  · Work across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams

  · Communicate project status with design team and stakeholders regularly

  · Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
