Description
We are seeking a Creative Director for our corporate office in Chadds Ford, PA! The Creative Director supports all aspects of Marketing Services with a focus on creation of marketing material in support of the proposal process, marketing collateral, qualifications, and articles, publications, and other pieces highlighting our capabilities, experience, and vision. This position will support Arora Engineers as well as all of our subsidiary and partner companies.Essential Functions:Lead Graphics and Branding related tasks across all Arora Businesses.Execute tactical marketing initiatives across various channels -web, social, e-mail, etc.Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels.Create, or modify Power Point or other formatpresentations of internal and external usage in support of the technical teamsAbility to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with our brand.Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media and e-mail campaigns.Editing and proofreading marketing content.Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include: marketing sheets, blogs, social media, presentations, and product packaging.Collaborate with internal management and marketing team, as well as any external consultants to execute and implement new ideas.Manage and maintain project deadlines.Secondary Functions:Various marketing related tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager or CMO.Support for preparation of proposal materials and client deliverables/reports.Website content management and updates.Creation and management of Digital Advertising Campaigns, graphics, landing pages, and other tasks to support creation of digital content.SharePoint Site Ownership.Qualifications
Education/Experience Minimum:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or demonstrated equivalency and or/education.15+ experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design is required.Proficiency in the development of high-quality graphic design and layouts for reports, proposals, design presentations, and presentations.Proficiency in developing graphic workflow standards and templates.Demonstrated production and digital rendering experience with Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.Possesses the ability to collaborate as part of a diverse studio team.Needed Skills:Overall knowledge of marketing processes.Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to make independent decisions.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communications skills with emphasis on writing, editing and proofreading (English).Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, and Outlook): and Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.Wordpress and Elementor Website Software.
