POSITION OVERVIEW
Coordinate and execute the activities related to design and creation, data consolidation and validation of master data for CPS Asia concentrate plants and distribution centers, including the creation, extension, change management, and audit of master data in the SAP (S/4 HANA) system.
Partner and collaborate with Global Data Services (GDS) Team in master data maintenance activities.
Ensure that all master data is created and maintained in accordance with Company Master Formulas (PICASSO) and CPS production requirements.
Responsible for data lifecycle management and providing relevant analytics to the CPS MDM team and Business Process Managers for Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement Cycle
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate formula and technical review information into master data elements to be updated in SAP and related systems. Create, validate through audits, and maintain master data (material master, BOMS, Master Recipes, AFL) in the SAP S/4 HANA production module for materials, raw materials, in process, finished goods and sales kits.
Design, create, maintain and manage workflows (using Service Level Agreements) to collect information for Master data creation.
Maintenance of business continuity master data for contingency supply points to meet the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements.
Data lifecycle management - routine review of all master data object to identify and obsolete redundant data.
Data analytics, mining and reporting - as requested to support the business functions and processes.
Data quality reporting (metrics and compliance) - includes the design, execution and publishing of data quality and compliance scorecards.
Support development of data standards - working with the MDM governance team to design, implement and retrofit standards.
Support the data requirements of business process manager.
Actively lead problem solving workshops related to Asia MDM issues OE approach.
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
At least 2-5 years SAP Master data experience from Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Finance, Controlling environments
Strong analytical abilities
Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel/VBA, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage
