We are seeking Counter Sales Representative for theLandscape and Masonry Team for our customer, County Materials. Militaryservice members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Job Duties:Deliver a high-level customer service experience. Maintain effectiverelationships with current customers that lead to increased sales andrevenue. Provide support to all sales team members\' activities andclients as required. Work closely with customers and contractors toselect products that best fit their needs. Responsible for assistingcustomers with loading purchased materials, including operating yardequipment. Training operating equipment provided. Develop and updatelocation product displays and maintain showroom appearance. Demonstrateexcellent attention to detail with sales transactions andreconciliation. Prepare inventory, shipping and receiving, and cashreconciliation reports. Work Environment: Work in an office environmentas well as branch yardin various weather. Physical Requirements: Abilityto handle samples and product up to 80 lbs. Standing / Walking /Climbing. Experience & Qualifications: Experience with high-levelcustomer-facing service environment. Experience with Landscape/Masonryproduct lines preferred but not required. Experience operating yardequipment such as skid steer, front end loader, and forklift desired butnot required. Retail or sales experience required. Ability to workindependently and in a collaborative team environment. Effective timemanagement skills. Working knowledge and computerproficiency. Effectivedecision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written. Strong mathematical skills.
