Counter Sales Associate \$21.12/hour starting rate (Payfor experience) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm(OT may beavailable) Madison, WI Primary responsibilities will include: Be thefront line of service for our customers by receiving, processing, andfilling customer orders at the counter and from phone or online orders.Advise customers on prices and materials and assist in the warehouse.Pick and pack exact materials from warehouse stock for will callpick-ups and local truck delivery. Complete the order process by loadingdelivery trucks or customer vehicles. Responsible for opening andclosing the branch location on assigned occasions considering buildingsecurity and customer service. Strong communication skills includinglisting to and speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.Customer Service Experience Preferred. Able to develop product knowledgeto understand customer requests and identify appropriate materials andparts. Strong math and technology skills. Ability to adapt quickly tochanges and handle pressure such as customer service demands and tighttime constraints. Ability to work within multiple computer software atone time, comfortable navigating and searching the internet. Ability tofrequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh upto 75 lbs. Experience working in a fast-paced industry that embraceschange. Electrical warehousing, electrical construction, warehouseequipment experience is preferred.
