　　We are looking for a detail oriented, customer centric and creative Counselor - Mainland China to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level!

　　What you'll be doing every day:

　　Provides personalized counseling to prospective clients regarding study abroad options, onboarding service, financial service, Visa application, and etc, considering applicants' academic background, career goals, and financial constraints.Guides clients through the processes, providing accurate information, required documentation, and timelines.Identifies, evaluates, and establishes partnerships with third-party service providers, including visa consultants, transportation companies, financial advisors, and academic institutions.Works with Sales team and school representatives to customize selling points for programs based on admission difficulty, career development, and immigration pathways connected.Assists in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms and pricing for ApplyBoard and clients.Develops and updates informational materials, guides, and resources to facilitate quick and accurate information sharing.Monitors service quality and client satisfaction, conducting follow-ups to gather feedback and make improvements.Conducts regional knowledge sharing sessions, including training, seminars, and webinars, on a regular basis to address clients' queries and keep all parties' knowledge up to date.Attends company RP events and school conferences to promote ApplyBoard and develop new opportunities.Shares responsibilities for top funnel volume and conversion goals with the Sales team.

　　Exceptional communication verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin is a must1 - 2 years of international agents/student recruitment experience for secondary and post-secondary institutions in Canada/US/UK/AUSKnowledge and experience in international admission counseling servicePost-secondary education or equivalent experienceExcellent people skills and easily connect with diverse personalities at all levels of organizationsAutonomous self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team-based environmentAptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracyExceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our customers while maintaining integrity with our partner relationshipsMust be available to travel
