　　Woodhaven is a Dayton based, adult, residential SUD treatment facility. Every day we help 200 individuals on their road to recovery. Some are in their first step - detoxing -- others are farther along and experiencing the satisfaction and happiness that comes as they achieve 5, 30, 60 or more days in recovery. Woodhaven knows that recovery is possible and by providing our residents with a full array of services, we can help our clients begin their new lives in the best way possible -- IN RECOVERY.

　　In your role as a credentialed CDCA, you will have the opportunity to run groups, do individual sessions, provide case management, do meditation with clients, do fun activities or just watch a movie with them. Don't worry, you won't have to do all that in one day or even one week -- we will work with you to determine what your goals are and give you the opportunity and tools to achieve those goals.

　　Almost all of Woodhaven's licensed counselors started at Woodhaven as a CDCA. Many did their practicums and internships while at work. (That almost allows you time to relax or sleep!)

　　Starting pay for CDCA credentialed staff is $41,600 a year. We also provide reimbursement toward renewals. Don't forget we can usually work with staff to do their practicums on-site!

　　Insurance benefit package available 1st of month following 30 days of employment.

　　Generous PTO after 120 days of employment -- over 23 days in your first year of employment.

　　401k opportunity after 90 days of employment with up to 4% company match.

　　Casual dress code - jeans, Woodhaven t-shirts, Woodhaven hoodies are all apart of our dress code or if you like a more traditional style of dress - that is good, too!
