　　Job Summary：

　　Looking for a Software Test Engineer who will be providing test support on the project agreements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　To Analyze the Requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

　　Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions and to test the functionality as per the Test plan and respective test cases.

　　To Report & track bugs/Issues in bug/Requirement tracking tool.

　　To understand testing issues/problems and take initiatives to resolve.

　　To co-ordinate with team members and interact with various stake holders for updates.

　　To Analyze the results of the test procedures and test scripts

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering. Background of Electronics/Instrumentation – Preferable.

　　Key Competencies:

　　3-5 years of relevant experience.

　　Good understanding of Embedded Systems.

　　Work experience on 3+ Embedded Testing projects from initial phases.

　　Worked on communication protocols like CAN, MODBUS, Serial port, rs232/485.

　　Hands on experience or knowledge in Test Automation Equipment for Embedded Systems - Preferably Python Scripting.

　　Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle Process and Test Methodologies.

　　Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

　　Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills.

　　Knowledge about bug life cycle and Test management tools
