　　Analyze documents, blueprints and shop drawings to gain a thorough understanding of the projectQualify potential customer projects through the use of probing questionsDetermine what factors will influence the cost of service or productPrepare material and labor cost estimates for the product or serviceDevelop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractorsNegotiate and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliersManage bids from vendors and contractorsUse bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysisPresent prepared estimates to management teamCompile and record actual costsSkills:

　　Proficient Computer SkillsBasic Knowledge of BuildingConnected and Plan Hub a PlusGeneral knowledge of welding and raw material suppliers preferredDetail Oriented 5+ years of Estimator experience requiredBackground in manufacturing/construction preferred*Other Information: *
