　　Job Location: PHILADELPHIA - PHILADELPHIA, PAPosition Type: Full Time

　　Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00

　　Cost EstimatorUrban Engineers Inc. is seeking a Cost Estimator to manage all cost estimate activities required for a wide variety of projects including highway, bridge, marine, transit, and rail designs. Position can be hybrid to Philadelphia, PA or King of Prussia, PA offices.

　　Cost Estimates/Engineer Responsibilities: * Develop and/or review cost estimates and CPM schedules during any stage of design development * Prepare detailed cost estimates for a wide variety of projects including highway, bridge, marine, transit, and rail designs for internal and external customers * Maintain proper documentation for all estimates, schedules, constructability reviews. * Provide estimating, scheduling, and constructability support related to a value engineering effort, change order review, programmatic estimates, risk assessments, and project controls. * Present deliverables to internal and external clients. * Update and maintain database and computer-based office libraries. * Perform monthly updates for project budgets and estimates

　　Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Construction Management or related field is required * Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction cost estimating * An understanding of heavy civil and rail system construction industry practices, construction contracts, labor union practices, management of indirect support including, but not limited to, design, program management, construction management, real estate, insurance, and third-party stakeholders' costs (railroads, utilities, private property owners, etc.). * Proficient in cost control/ cost management techniques and applications including cost forecasting and earned value analysis * Excellent skills in estimating software, such as HeavyBid, InEight, B2W, etc. and ability to learning new estimating software * Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software a plus * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills * Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) a plus.

　　Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 / year
