What you will be doing
Coordinates with Division Claims/Contract Manager in tracking and monitoringchange order and claims preparation and resolution
Assists scheduling process and support for District or Mega Project,including bid phase and project schedule creation, monthly reporting andschedule update
Assists with cost controls reporting and reconciliation of project costreporting for one District or Mega Project and provides District or Projectreporting to Project Controls Director for Division level reportsAssembles daily and weekly production documentation control reports.Performs cost analysis and spend tracking to monitor project costs and revenueand forecast final financial outcomes.Assists in or performs generation of project budget and monthly forecastingwithin Company supported cost control software.Uses Company determined process and practices to document, track and reportcost on assigned projects. Works with project management team and projectcontrols team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financialinformation.Supports integration of Company systems to track, monitor and control costs.monitors the job cost report against key performance indicators (KPIs).Assists project close out procedures by validating final revenue prior tofinal bill submission.Audits accounting systems between Company and Owner systems to ensureaccuracy.Supports financial audit process on assigned projects.Generates, analyzes and submits monthly reporting.Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fieldrequired.Experience in construction industry, quantities tracking, or engineeringpreferred.Developing written and verbal communication skills.Developing knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.Able to analyze data and identify trends or areas of concern. Showsfollow-through in inquiries and documents findings.Strong attention to detail.Developing knowledge of construction project practices.
