　　Job Information

　　As a Cost Analyst, you will work to ensure that accurate costs are maintained for the use in inventory valuation for products manufactured through DBNA manufacturing facilities vs a specific plant. You will provide financial analysis relative to productivity improvements, factory spending, manufacturing variances, standard costs, and inventory management. In addition, you will assist in the planning and coordinating for the physical inventory and assist in the planning and creation of the yearly standards update process.

　　Role & Responsibility

　　Financial Statements and Asset Protection

　　Provide financial analysis relative to productivity improvements, factory spending, manufacturing variances, standard costs and inventory management

　　Assist in the planning and coordination of the physical inventory management

　　Effectively work with internal and external auditors

　　Actively participate on cross-functional teams

　　Develop material standards and provide monthly analysis of purchasing variances

　　Analyze ECN's for impact on product costs, margins, and plant efficiencies

　　Assist in the planning and creation of the yearly standards update process

　　Job Requirement

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related major with an Accounting or Finance minor or 1+ year of cost experience will be considered

　　Experience: 2 to 5 years' experience preferred in financial or cost accounting

　　Travel Standard: < 10%

　　Must communicate well with all internal and external customers

　　Knowledge of Oracle or SAP a plus

　　PC skills, Excel, Word, Power Point
