　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Corrections Food Service Instructor, you will function as lead worker by assigning, participating in, and reviewing routine and specialized tasks performed by inmates in the areas of pre-preparation, production, service, and baking. You will ensure proper control over inmates by enforcing custody and security regulations, as well as inspecting all food service areas, equipment, and food for conformance with established safety and sanitation standards.

　　Full-time employment, 40 hours per weekWork hours will include 8-hour shifts, with rotating days off. Your shift will be determined by seniority bidding.This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55.Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
