　　Salary: $120k-$125k plus 15% company bonus

　　*This position requires that you have tax provision ASC 740/IAS 12 experience

　　What’s a typical day as a Tax Manager ? You’ll be:

　　• Managing tax accounting (ASC 740/IAS 12) , tax compliance, tax planning, and tax audits for US companies.

　　• Reviewing tax provision workpapers, including deferred tax analysis and reconciliation of tax balances.

　　• Managing the preparation and review of tax workpapers and forms for federal and state income & franchise tax returns.

　　• Mentoring and leading the tax department staff.

　　• Leading special projects related to tax compliance and planning.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. CPA preferred.

　　• Have at least 10 years of related experience in Corporate tax and/or major accounting firm experience.

　　• Have a strong working knowledge of US federal, US International, and state & local taxation rules.

　　• Possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

　　• Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

　　• Are proficient in tax systems and software, such as OneSource.
