　　Job Description/Responsibilities:

　　Coordinates proposal production process for both informal and RFP proposals from start to finish.

　　Facilitates and participates in strategy meetings with capture team and other company resources

　　Analyzes the requirements of an RFP and decides what information needs to be included in the proposal.

　　Develops, edits, and formats customized proposal responses to RFPs.

　　Ensures proposals meet all RFP or customer requirements while also adhering to the company's standards and policies.

　　Reviews, edits, and proofreads proposals and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency of documents, and compliance with firm guidelines and standards.

　　Supports multiple projects, prioritizes assignments, and completes tasks within firm deadlines and in a team environment.

　　Manages proposal databases, templates, and other related documentation

　　Develops outlines, graphics, and content for large and complex proposals

　　Leads the development of Task Order proposal responses, as assigned, using best practices and approved formats

　　Gathers and organizes re-use materials/content from past proposals and prepare writers' packages

　　Writes and refines proposal content

　　Reviews proposals for compliance with RFP instructions and requirements

　　Analyzes draft solicitations to identify risk areas and to provide feedback for Bid/No-Bid decisions and to recommend business development/capture activities

　　Helps review and critique oral presentations

　　Drafts and submits RFP/RFI questions

　　Qualifications:

　　A Bachelor's Degree in business or a similar area is preferred, but not required

　　2+ years of relevant work experience in government contracting (preferably as a proposal writer or specialist)

　　Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability, and preference for working in a team environment, and ability to lead and/or motivate individuals or groups

　　Mastery of MS Word and other Microsoft applications required to generate text, graphics, schedules, or charts

　　Must be capable of multi-tasking

　　Ability to develop, adhere to and execute proposal development processes

　　Ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals from varying backgrounds, facilitate teamwork and mutual organizational support and motivate diverse business unit personnel to meet process deadlines
