As an Intern in our Legal department, you will be working with experts that will provide you with invaluable skills to set you up for a successful career.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Organize and maintain corporate formation documents.

　　Draft board resolutions, corporate governance docs and related materials.

　　Work with key internal stakeholders to draft, update, and address privacy, compliance and ethics matters.

　　Ensure corporate compliance and initiatives keep pace with our growth and developments in the law, regulations, and corporate policy.

　　Support investigations and partner with teams, including HR and internal audit committees, to ensure that reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated, and where appropriate, implement suitable corrective and remedial actions.

　　Collaborate on special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.

　　Qualifications:

　　Currently p ursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.

　　Proficient in general computer skills as well as Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

　　We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment

　　A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $20 - $25/hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
