Responsibilities

　　Validate OCF Cockpit figures and tie-outs on Actual and Forecast scenariosSubmit Corp HQ and Flex forecast and actuals to HFMCollaborate with Cockpit and HFM teams surround mapping files and database structure Support the predictive fcst agenda Support consolidation of CapEx Pipelines and review/update status creation of Capex on teams siteMaintain MS teams site for CapEx and update Capex DatabaseCreate and consolidate Capex pre-readsLoad and validate StrFcst and StrPlan scenarios with AI Predictive Forecast DataSupport quarterly OCF forecast submissionAd-hoc analysis for Domestic and International sectors

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration7-12 year of relevant finance experienceBilingual (English/Spanish). English level of 90% (reading, writing, conversational)HFM experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applicationGood communication skills to communicate with higher levels concisely and preciselyPassion for company's digital transformation agendaAbility to work as a team player and support cross functional teams Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional planning and time management skills Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong collaboration/ matrix management
