　　As a Corporate Event Planner, you will be responsible for the design, development, planning, execution, budgeting and overall success of a range of complex global corporate meetings and events for the organization. You are well versed in navigating a high degree of complexity with stakeholders at all levels. 　　You are a self-starter who applies a high degree of ownership, focus and attention managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines. You have exceptional communication skills, can adjust content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and can analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to drive results.You regularly monitor industry trends and move beyond the traditional ways of doing things to inspire the development of new event experiences and activations for in-person and virtual events. You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and executing project plans individually as well as collaboratively.You readily mange and execute multi-channel projects that include audio visual, live experiential events, video production, social and digital customer journeys and the vendors/platforms that support these areas.You are an event producer who can manage global meetings and events from concept to execution in all aspects of of production including schedule, format, venue management, audio/visual technology, attendee management, food and beverage, transportation, accommodations, staffing, and budget management.You can manage a strict budget by negotiating contracts, reviewing invoices and verifying services or goods provided for payment; then processing reconciliations and reimbursements.

　　Southern California Base Salary Range: $72,745-$116,392

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
