The Corporate Strategy Sr Associate will be an integral part of initiatives led by Daikin Applied's Executive Team and senior business leaders within the HVAC industry. Being a member of Daikin Applied's Corporate Strategy team offers a compelling opportunity to drive significant influence within our organization and the wider Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning sector. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership, serving as an internal advisor, to shape Daikin Applied's strategic roadmap and facilitate continuous, profitable expansion within the ever-evolving global HVAC landscape. Your responsibilities will involve strategically addressing challenges and seizing opportunities arising from critical global issues, such as sustainability, energy efficiency, and technological advancements. You will engage in tasks such as assessing potential market entry points, conceptualizing innovative business models, and shaping our long-term corporate strategy to proactively navigate emerging trends in the HVAC domain. A Day in the Life: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities. Provide insights that guide strategic decisions and help the company maintain a competitive edge. Support Corp Dev Leadership team with cross-functional planning to develop and refine the company's overall strategic direction. Participate in the creation of long-term goals, objectives, and key results, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. Support the Deal Lead end-to-end M&A process and create required executive level presentations for internal leadership approvals. Communicate with SVP and Dir. of Corporate Dev in preparing and delivering compelling presentations that convey the value and rationale behind proposed initiatives.
