Your responsibilities will extend to a diverse range of legal projects, including product compliance, structuring, negotiating, and drafting both standard and complex, high-value transactions. A key focus will be on mitigating legal risks and minimizing administrative burdens through technological innovation, thereby enabling a greater focus on core legal tasks. Additionally, you will manage legal issues in ongoing business relationships and address pre-litigation disputes and inquiries, ensuring robust data privacy practices are in place to safeguard personal information.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Strategic Legal Advisory: Provide pragmatic, effective legal advice to business leaders across a spectrum of areas, including product launches, intellectual property, commercial, and regulatory matters.

　　Digital Efficiency: Embrace and integrate digital tools and AI technologies to automate routine legal tasks, thereby enhancing efficiency and allowing for a greater focus on strategic legal work.

　　Product Compliance: Ensure that products meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 　　Basic Qualifications

　　Exceptional academic qualification, including university diploma and admission to the bar

　　Significant year’s post-qualification legal experience with at least 5 years in both in-house as well as in private practice

　　Strong transactional background

　　High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as Business Partner to Senior Management

　　Great business judgment especially in ambiguous situations

　　Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment

　　Excellent English and Turkish language skills including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts

　　Retail and/or Technology-Focused Legal Experience: Ideal candidates will have in-house experience in a retail and/or technology company or similar experience in a private practice.

　　Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to articulate complex legal concepts and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders, from legal peers to non-legal business leaders.
