Role Summary:
The Accounting Control Team Analyst, monitors, analyzes, and collaboratively solutions across teams to resolve cash, foreign currency, and position management issues. The role facilitates collaboration between multiple teams by monitoring, analyzing, and diagnosing, and providing advisory support for low to moderately complex cash, foreign currency, and position management issues. Additionally, the role may lead internal projects of low to moderate complexity and/or support Lead Analyst with more complex projects.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions-
Tactical Focus: works with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams and departments to monitor, analyze, identify, solution, and resolve cash, foreign currency, position, and system issues that are moderate to complex in nature.
Facilities recommendations on short-term cash management, foreign exchange decisions, cash and position managementEscalates low to moderately complex cross-team and cross-department issuesCash, Position, foreign exchange, Capital System, and Capital's complex system architecture knowledge:May review cash, foreign currency, position, Capital System, and system architecture daily operational controlsCoordinates with other teams (e.g., Fixed Income Portfolio Analysis Group, Fixed Income Trade Operations, Short-term Trading, FX Trading, Reference Data, Corporate Actions, Global Client Services, etc.) and departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Investment Group, IT, etc.)Coordinates, escalates, and facilities low to moderately complex cash, foreign currency, position, Capital System, and Capital's various book of records inquiries from Trading, Legal, other IO Teams, clients, and other business units

Projects and Initiatives:

Ideal Candidate Skills/Abilities:
Plus (not required) - Experience with Aladdin or CRD systems, or investment book of record (IBOR) cash, foreign exchange, and position managementStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Orange County Base Salary Range: $95,066-$152,106
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
