Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate pre-sales and post-sales service operations

Manage shared email inbox and promptly respond to queries

Answer questions regarding service contracts

Generate invoices for billable customers considering time, materials, and rental deals

Be the cornerstone for Insightful Data Analytics

Prepare and present return on investment reports to sales team

Understand and learn logistic operations

Make informed decisions by exercising judgement based on prior experiences

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Degree in Process Management or equivalent field

Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and systems

Proficient in the use of professional expertise to accomplish task

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
