This individual will focus on processes for all business locations and the improvementof the new hire and existingemployee experience. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for communication to new hires directed from the HR Team. The coordinator will assist in approving employee benefit enrollment, data entry, and administration as needed. This role will also provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Other support may be given to uphold the organizations standards for Diversity, and Equity and Inclusion.KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:Bachelorsdegree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.At least two years related experience required in an HR background or field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and an analytical mindset.Teamwork minded, with good interpersonal skills.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Principle Duties & Responsibilities:Administration of the HRIS systems and ensures timeliness and accuracy of the data and resolution of errors.Creates and updates processes for HRIS System including work instructions.Report HRIS system issues and track solution progress.Make recommendations on process improvements and efficiencies to HR Manager & Team based on data analytics.Create, modify, and run scheduled and as-needed, on-request reports for HR Team using UKG Business Intelligence/People Analytics, MS Access, MS Power BI, and MS Excel.Distributes company health plans to new employees.Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.Assists with new-employee background checks.Manage new-employee personnel files and documents into appropriate existing employee files.Assists with and releases internal communications to employees as needed.Coordinate the planning and preparation for employee engagement activities, events and an HR calendar.Manages the site badging system for employees on location.Works on special projects as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.PHYSICAL EFFORTSight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including regular use of adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focusHearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicateHand-Eye Coordination: must be able to regularly coordinate ones eyes with ones fingers, wrists, or arms to move, carry, or manipulate objects or to perform other job-related tasksManual Dexterity: must be able to regularly make quick, accurate, skillful, and coordinated movement with hands and arms to grasp, place, move, or use objects such as phone, computer, and other office eq
