The Coordinator, CRM role will be focused on daily business operations of direct-to-consumer programs including email, SMS and ad hoc customer programs with a focus on the build and deployment of campaigns. This person will collaborate well with others, have a strong eye for detail, be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the direct-to-consumer marketing calendar to ensure strategic planning and seamless campaign deployment, focusing on driving business objectives and leveraging key events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign timelines and messaging across multiple marketing channelsProactively identify opportunities for A/B testing to improve campaign performance and maximize customer engagementTake ownership of the email production process within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, demonstrating expertise in working with HTML files. Develop collaterals for personalization efforts, leveraging dynamic content and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to deliver highly relevant and engaging email campaigns. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate segmentation, conduct email tests, and obtain final signoff for each campaign, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detailCollaborate closely with managers to continuously evolve processes, decreasing manual steps through automation and implementing frameworks to leverage consumer data and insights. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Leverage consumer data and insights to drive relevant messaging, delivering personalized experiences that resonate with customers and increase campaign effectivenessBuild and maintain segmentation in the current platform (e.g., Acquia), ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer segmentations. Develop expertise in managing and updating universe and journey segmentations. Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to validate final file counts prior to deployment, ensuring precise targeting and minimizing potential errorsCollect competitive insights and industry best practices to inform business recommendations. Stay abreast of market trends, monitor competitor campaigns, and identify growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive sales and increase user engagement, providing recommendations for campaign optimization and innovationMonitor key performance metrics, such as delivery rates, engagement rates, and missing barcodes. Generate comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights into campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations for further testing and creative optimizations, driving continuous improvement and enhancing overall marketing effectivenessOversee the production and reporting for the SMS program, adhering to industry regulations and best practices. Develop engaging SMS messaging and coordinate with external vendors, such as BlueCore and Deliverability vendors, to optimize program performance. Collaborate effectively with vendors, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality Email/SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate desired outcomesCoordinate day-to-day operations across marketing channels, ensuring process and strategy alignment. Cross-train on all channels to maintain a consistent customer experience and provide coverage as needed. Pay Range: $60,000 - $73,000
