A Brief OverviewMust complete home inspections (routinely every Wednesday but can vary) for every CAPP+ home. This is inspecting the interior (basement, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms) and exterior (backyard, siding, garage).Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel to send bi-weekly project status updates to senior/upper management.Must have excellent communication skills when talking to families, landlords, and resources when discussing and promoting CAPP+.Organized in making sure families receive appropriate resources (hotel stay, pest management, bed for kids, food pharmacy, tree philly, etc.)Will need to be able to travel to each home, block, etc.Oversee day-to-day operations and work productMonitor and coordinate program operations, resources and projects including develop project plans and facilitate the resolution of issues.Enact policies and procedures, and maintain related documentation and databases.Collaborate across teams and serve as the primary liaison for the program.Oversee and participate in team, project and program meetings.Manage and maintain operating budget, supplies and resources.Maintain program metrics and related tools and regularly reports results.Monitor and support related finance, accounting and billing functions.Coordinate information collection, compilation and dissemination as required.Provide advanced administrative support as needed.Perform other duties and projects as required.
Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED RequiredBachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience QualificationsAt least one (1) year of administration, coordination or program experience RequiredAt least three (3) years of administration, coordination or program experience PreferredAt least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare related environment PreferredAt least one (1) year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred
