This role must accurately gatherrelevant information for the copay assistance programs. The Coordinator,Benefit Design Care will assist in educating patients, conductingpharmacy outreach, and data entry. This position must be able to collectdata, establish facts, draw conclusions, identify, and solve problems.The Benefit Care Coordinator will focus on placing calls with a warm andprofessional greeting to members and pharmacies. Serve as the liaisonbetween the pharmacy and member to provide accurate and effectivecommunication regarding financial assistance options and resources. Allefforts aim to offer high touch quality, patient care. Identify eligiblemembers, review history, and perform required outreach Assist patientwith enrollment in manufacturer\'s program Conduct pharmacy outreach togather required program information Maintain patient database forfollow-up, tracking and reporting Support Account Management team withclient requests Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMSregulations.
