This position plans, designs, and coordinates thedevelopment of Food & Beverage architectural projects by performing thefollowing duties. Responsibilities Performs code review. prepares lifesafety plans. May serve as a project architect or project manager onprojects. Directs and supervises other project staffs\' activities. Mayperform supervisory duties related to the assigned project. Usescomputer assisted software and equipment to review architectural designand construction documents. Prepares, analyzes and/or modifies reportsand/or studies, reviews specifications, plans, schedules, permits, anddesigns for projects. Responsible for quality system tasks as defined inthe department\'s quality assurance/quality control manual. Preparesdesign computations and quantity estimates. Develops probableconstruction cost estimates for his/her projects within the department.Attends client meetings - days or nights. Assists in client contact andcommunication pertaining to specific assigned projects. Prepares andmonitors budgets for specific tasks within assigned projects.Responsible for schedules and timely completion of specific tasks withinassigned projects. Visits project site to monitor progress and handlesconstruction administration issues and client relations and/orquestions. Participates in the development of proposals andpresentations.
