The Business Dev Sr Officer is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the fulfillment of the sales goals for the segment in the assigned geographical area. (portfolio growth, cross-selling, new customers and current customer retention).
Integrates subject matter and industry expertise to identify business development opportunities.
Applies in-depth sales knowledge to identify and implement best practices within the marketplace.
Partners with management to develop pricing strategy, value proposition and program design.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to analyze competitor and market intelligence.
Negotiates complex and variable contracts. Influences decisions through advice and counsel.
Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential business impact.
Develops and maintains relationships with clients. Creates a positive culture for long term sustained client retention and growth.
Increases sales awareness throughout all levels within assigned territory.

Qualifications:
5-8 years experience in sales of financial products.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines.
Highly motivated and result driven
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experiencePRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
Gestionar el equipo de pago a meses sin intereses post venta (6 FTE).
Planificar y dar seguimiento a la gestión de recursos para alcanzar los objetivos del equipo.
Administrar las cuotas sin ingresos financieros por intereses (segundo mayor ingreso de la tarjeta de crédito)
Colaborar con otros departamentos (Back Office, Proveedores, Negocios de Tarjetas de Crédito entre otros) para asegurar una excelente comunicación y cumplimiento de proyectos.
Identificar áreas de oportunidad para mejorar los procesos internos y externos.
Administrae todos los programas de meses sin intereses como Pase Anual, Beneficio Oro y Campañas de Tarjetas de Crédito.
Gestionar todas las reclamaciones de los centros de llamadas con respecto a IWI (meses sin intereses)
Monitorear en tiempo real las transacciones de IWI para validar que todas las promociones estén vigentes para que los clientes puedan realizar una transacción exitosa
SE REQUIERE:
Licenciatura económico administrativa
Manejo de personal (5 años)
Experiencia industria bancaria (no operativa) estratégica-administrativa
Manejo de Office
DESEABLE:
Inglés intermedio-avanzado
Conocimiento en medios de pago
Conocimiento en Gerencia de Producto y proyectos
