Employee is responsible for prepping the foodby cutting meat, slicing vegetables, seasoning our broth for Pho (beefnoodle soup) according to the recipe, they also prepare basic sauces,marinades for the meat, dr. They are also assist the head chef bypreparing the veggies and ingredients, utensil for the head chef to stirfry any food on a wok. They are also assist in putting food in to go bagfor take-out order. Occasionally, they work with ordering supplies withour vendor or grocery shopping. They do not direct or supervise anyother staff.
