MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Six (6)months of culinary experience in a production kitchen or high-volumeenvironment at a restaurant, resort, or private club required. SCHEDULE:40hrs p/wk. The work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend,and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week fromMonday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to6:00pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweek will be used to computewages due. WAGE: \$21.00 - \$25.00 p/hr, paid weekly. Overtime isavailable at \$31.50 - \$37.50 p/hr. Employees may be eligible foradditional compensation in the form of a discretionary bonus of \$50p/wk worked, up to \$1000, upon completion of the season. Upon completion ofthe work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employerwill provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of returntransportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workeroriginally departed to work, except where the worker will not return dueto subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will paydirectly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inboundtransportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to atleast three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalemployment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge alltools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.H-2B workerswill be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated bygovernment (excluding passport fees).
