The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conversion and Inside Sales Specialist to join Finalsite's thriving sales team. The Specialist will be responsible for generating new business and transforming incoming leads into sales opportunities. Job Responsibilities: • Qualify and close sales opportunities, using best practices and analytical tools, and track sales progress in our CRM software • Utilize CRM and other marketing tools to segment, target, and nurture leads • Develop and present effective sales proposals and conduct product demos to prospects • Generate and respond to incoming sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers Desired Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field • Proven track record of successfully closing sales opportunities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite Nice-to-Haves: • Experience selling in the education industry • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising technology • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools • Understanding of lead generation tactics • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
