Job Description

　　Ejecutar actividades para el cumplimiento de los Estándares de Automatización GM Norteamérica.

　　Diseño de sistemas de Automatización (Hardware y Software), programación de PLCs & HMIs.

　　Completar las validaciones de Automatización durante fases de diseño, integración e instalación.

　　Supervisar actividades de instalación de celdas robóticas y equipos de manufactura.

　　Validación de sistemas de seguridad de celdas robóticas y equipos de manufactura.

　　Colaboración con el departamento de IT para validación de los sistemas de piso.

　　Optimización de tiempo ciclo, Troughput e indicadores de productividad.

　　Soporte a actividades de mejoras y proyectos de manufactura.

　　Analizar, diagnosticar y solucionar problemas eléctricos/control en equipos de manufactura.

　　Entrenar y guiar al departamento de mantenimiento en nuevas tecnologías.

　　Additional Job Description

　　Experiencia de 5+ años como Ingeniero de Controles/Automatización.

　　Título en ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización o afín.

　　Ingles Avanzado.

　　PLC – Rockwell ControlLogix family, Configuración y Programación

　　HMI– Siemens WinCC and TIA Portal, and Rockwell FactoryTalk View

　　Redes industriales - DeviceNet y Ethernet IP, configuración y solución de fallas.

　　Variadores de Frecuencia - VFDs Rockwell, configuración y solución de fallas.

　　Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.

　　Fanuc Robots - programación y solución de fallas, recomendable.
