The Industrial Solutions team islooking for an experienced Controller to oversee the accountingdepartment of the business. The Controller will be responsible formanaging the month end close processes; account reconciliations;internal controls; financial analysis; payroll and benefit relatedmatters; managing fixed assets, inventory, and leases; and taxcompliance. Major Responsibilities: *Oversee the accounting and generalledger operations of the business - including inventory, fixed assets,leases, payroll, A/P, accruals, revenue recognition, and sales & use tax*Report monthly financial statements timely and accurately to Corporate*Prepare monthly financial statement variance analysis and review withCorporate *Ensures the integrity of accounting records forcompleteness, accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accountingpolicies and principles *Oversee internal controls and SOX controlcompliance *Ensure all account reconciliations are prepared andreviewed timely in accordance with Corporate standards *Manage thepayroll and benefits processes and accounting *Prepare cost allocationsacross the company\'s offices and departments *Ensure accurateintercompany transactions accounting with Parent Company and itssubsidiaries *Prepare cash flow forecasting for the company *Maintainbanking relationships and monitor banking and cash flows of the business*Sales and use tax reporting, Form 1099 filings, property tax filings,and reporting of tax information to Corporate *Coordinate physicalinventory counts between Operations and Accounting *Ad hoc accounting &financial analysis and projects, as necessary *Support the businessgroup\'s budget, forecast, and FP&A processes, as necessary *Manage anddevelop accounting team Minimum Job Requirements: *Bachelors Degree inBusiness, Finance or Accounting * 7+ years of industry experience at aFinance Manager, Assistant Controller or Controller level with priorsupervisory experience *Certified Public Accountant (CPA) *Knowledgeof database and general ledger accounting systems *Knowledge ofSarbanes Oxley, GAAP, and FASB Preferred Job Requirements: *MastersDegree *Public Accounting Experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*Experience working in a service/distributorship environment*Experience with...
