Description

We are in search of a Controller for our Construction team located in PERRYSBURG, Ohio, 43551-7142, United States. The Controller will be instrumental in managing and executing our accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and overseeing our budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions

• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management

• Develop and maintain budget processes to ensure financial stability

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions

• Manage financial inquiries and provide timely resolutions

• Monitor financial accounts for discrepancies and take corrective action when necessary.

Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.

• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounting Functions.

• Demonstrated ability in managing Budget Processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of all federal and state financial regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
