　　Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: \$90,000 -\$105,000

　　Degree Required:

　　Bachelor\'s degree from a regionally accredited college or university ina related field.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Designation as a certified public accountant (CPA).

　　Demonstrated progressively responsible financial management experience.

　　Financial experience in higher education.

　　Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master\'s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in arelated field.

　　Experience using an enterprise resource planning system (ERP).

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee college checking and savings accounts including responsibilityfor all receipts, disbursements, and banking activity includinginvesting excess funds.

　　Oversee annual independent audit and prepare annual and quarterlyfinancial statements.

　　Oversee departmental copy machine acquisition and administration.

　　Oversee property, plant and equipment accounting.

　　Serve on planning, assessment, and search committees.

　　Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Finance andAdministration.

　　Review and approve journal entries and various account reconciliations.

　　Provide input/insight related to financial management aspects of thecollege\'s transition to digital platforms.

　　Take a proactive and hands on approach to streamlining and makingbusiness operations more efficient.

　　Assist the Lewis-Clark State College Foundation with financial statementreview and annual audit.
