Establishes, directs, coordinates, and administers a plan for thecontrol of financial operations; provides management with financialanalyses for timely and effective decision making; provides data forand/or assists in establishing major economic objectives and policiesfor the company; and prepares reports that outline the company\'sfinancial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based onpast, present, and future operations. Reviews, analyzes, and interpretsall financial and budgetary reports making recommendations tomanagement; directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts;prepares necessary schedules and reports for government agencies;coordinates audits of the company\'s accounts; and establishes necessarycontrols to safeguard the company\'s assets.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess basiccomputer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications andactivities including (but not limited to):
MS Office including Excel and Word
Experience with a Tier 1 accounting software (JD Edwards, SAP,preferably Syteline 9)
Database query experience a plus but not required.
Financial Consolidation and Reporting Software such as Oracle HFM, HostAnalytics, and Prophix.
Language Skills
Ability to read and write the English language.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groupsituations to customers, clients, and other employees of theorganization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
