　　Robert Half Finance and Accounting is working with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to place their next Controller! This Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule, great benefits, and is paying the right candidate $85K-$95K!

　　Primary job duties for the Controller include:

　　Assisting in the development of grant budgets

　　Oversee the production of financial reports

　　Implementing accounting policies and procedures

　　Monthly payroll allocation journal entries

　　Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements

　　Revenue and expense distributions

　　Budget allocations

　　Maintaining all revenue documentation

　　Month-end close

　　Requirements

　　Requirements for the Controller include:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related

　　8+ years of accounting experience

　　Supervisory experience

　　Non-profit experience

　　Grant Accounting is nice to have

　　Experience with QuickBooks is nice to have
