　　We are working with a local firm seeking a Controller. This person will oversee all day-to-day financials as well as some HR responsibilities. If you're looking for a role where you can be hands on and create new processes then below!

　　education: Bachelor's degree

　　experience: 4 Years

　　responsibilities:

　　Lead month-end and year-end close process

　　Reconciliation of all accounts

　　Create and analyze financial reports for leadership

　　Manage client billing and improve process when appropriate

　　Work directly with Managers to reconcile and collect on past due payments

　　Responsible for HR functions to include:

　　new employee onboarding

　　employee benefits

　　benefit plans

　　qualifications:

　　Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

　　CPA strongly preferred

　　Proficient use of Microsoft suite - emphasis on Excel

　　Working knowledge of QuickBooks

　　Excellent communication and time management skills

　　Experience with system/process implementation (preferred, but not required)

　　skills: General Ledger, Quickbooks, Month-End Close, Year End Close
