Description

　　We have partnered with a growing company on their search for a Controller with proven leadership experience. In this role, you will establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets, liaise with external auditors during financial audits, manage/review accounts payable/receivable transactions, analyze variances, perform budgeting tasks, provide financial analysis, and advise management on needed updates per legislations. We are looking for a candidate who can drive cash generation, improve financial accounting systems, and provide management with the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.

　　Major Responsibilities

　　· Review and manage accounting operations

　　· Oversee local, state, and federal compliance

　　· Cash Flow Reporting

　　· Budgeting & Forecasting

　　· Oversee monthly/quarterly and year-end closing

　　· Prepare financial statements

　　· Manage technical accounting activities

　　· Account Reconciliations

　　· Provide financial leadership

　　· Internal Control Monitoring

　　· Assist with internal/external audit

　　· Comply with local, state, and federal regulations

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Controller will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting OR Finance, advanced degree/certification preferred

　　Other requirements for the Controller role include and are not limited to:

　　· 5+ years of accounting experience (job costing and/or inventory experience preferred)

　　· MUST have strong examples of presenting numbers to non-finance executives

　　· QuickBooks and/or Salesforce experience a plus

　　· Excellent communication skills
