The Pricing Compliance Manager will lead the Program Accounts team with an emphasis on modeling and promoting our Core Values. The CPCM plays a pivotal role in optimizing pricing programs and leading a team of account executives. This multifaceted position requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue while managing and guiding a team of account executives to drive client satisfaction and business growth. This position will report directly to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:Pricing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure pricing alignment with product positioning and market positioning.Ensures accurate pricing for contracted goods with the purchasing team.Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relationships.Provide guidance and support to account executives in negotiating and structuring pricing agreements.Responsible for hiring and training program account team members.Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to evaluate pricing performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.Works directly with school and concept customers on audit findings and reconciliation.Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, pricing trends, and market insights.Make data driven recommendations to optimize pricing and enhance overall business profitability.Client Engagement:
Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs and develop customized pricing solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Function as a point of contact for escalated client issues related to pricing and account management.Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, sales, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with broader business goals.Collaborate with marketing to communicate value propositions and pricing changes effectively to the market.Other duties as assigned.
