We are proud to offer our Employees multiple benefit programs, paid vacation, training, and Free College Education for employees and their families.   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Processes all new and used vehicle deals which includes verifying the accuracy of contracts and products sold ensuring compliance. * Verifies that funds have been collected for down payment as well as full cash payments and post funding daily * Sends out daily/weekly reporting to upper management including executive team. * Works with sales management staff to ensure all incentives/rebates are claimed and submitted. * Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. * Respond to customer inquiries and process refunds, reimbursement checks as needed * Maintain and reconcile schedules weekly by adding notes and following up with any outstanding items. * Perform other duties as assigned and work closely with Business Manager and Controller   REQUIREMENTS: Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor with co-workers and management team Proficiency using DMS Systems and Microsoft Office. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
