What’s a typical day as a Contract Analyst? You’ll be:
• Analyzing and reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
• Coordinating contract negotiations, including communication with stakeholders and drafting of contractual documents.
• Evaluating and reporting on contract performance, including monitoring of obligations and deliverables.
• Managing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in accordance with contract terms and legal requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and finance, to support contract-related activities.
• Developing and maintaining contract databases, templates, and workflows to streamline the contract management process.
Requirements:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience in contract analysis.
• Have commercial contract experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Have a solid understanding of legal descriptions.
• Possess strong Excel skills.
• Have experience with the Quorum Land System (QLS) or FileNet (preferred).
