Qualis Corporation is seeking a Contracts Administrator to administer task order contractual activities The Contracts Administrator will report directly to the Director of Contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, and administer task order contracts, modifications, and related documents and activities.Ensure that task order contractual activities comply with all terms, conditions and applicable rules and regulations.Use strong analytical and contracts/pricing skills to handle management of Government contracts, closeout and purchasing compliance.Serve as primary corporate interface with specific customers.Administer Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.Process all corporate purchase orders.All Contracts, modifications, NDAs, TAs, Purchase Orders and related documents will be reviewed and signed off on by the Director of Contracts.Support subcontract, purchasing, and proposal activates as required.Education and Experience:
Preferred of 3 years directly related experience.Bachelor's degree in contracts or related field required.FAR and DFAR knowledgeable, DCAA audit procedures preferred.Government contracting experience including program management, contract administration, rate development, proposal development and proposal pricing is preferred.Experience in project financial and cost analysis, project cost management, and project trend analysis is preferred.Experience working with Government solicitations, awarded contracts, and developing contract modifications is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required and experience with Deltek Costpoint products is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.Equal Opportunity Employer/M/F/Vet/Disabled and a Participant in E-Verify
