We are in search of skilled and imaginative Contract Website Designer's to join our team. As a Contract Website Designer, you will play a vital role in leveraging Vagaro's MySite web builder to create responsive and custom websites tailored to the unique needs of Vagaro Pro users. This position requires a sharp eye for design, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate business owner preferences and information from Vagaro listing pages and social media accounts into visually appealing websites.

　　How will you be compensated?

　　We are seeking three skilled Web Design Contractors to fulfill website requests from Vagaro customers. Each contractor is expected to complete a minimum of 20 websites per month with no maximum limit. You will receive $80 for each approved website design. Once the contractor completes the minimum requirement of 20 websites in a month, they will receive payment for each approved website.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Utilize Vagaro's MySite web builder to design and develop responsive and custom websites for Vagaro Pro users.

　　Create the first drafts of websites based on information provided by business owners and insights gathered from their Vagaro Pro and social media accounts.

　　Design based off of an existing website if indicated.

　　Proactively research clients through Google and social media to improve understanding of their brand and preferences.

　　Submit first drafts to the collaborating Vagaro designer for approval, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

　　Qualifications:

　　Strong decision-making skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to prioritize action steps using sound reasoning and judgment.

　　Demonstrated creativity, proactivity, and drive, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

　　Efficient time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

　　Stay up-to-date on web design and style trends to deliver contemporary and visually appealing websites.

　　Preferred: A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects (though not required).

　　Preferred: 1-3 years of related experience

　　Plus: Experience in graphic design or another creative field.

　　Plus: Familiarity with Squarespace, Wix, or other website builders.

　　Plus: Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

　　Additional Information:

　　Must be located in U.S.

　　There is no maximum limit on the number of websites a contractor can complete.

　　Quality assurance and approval of each website are essential for compensation.

　　Contractors will have the flexibility to manage their workload and pace, as long as the minimum monthly requirement is met.
