JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing centralized contract support to theCharter Business Units (BU). Acts as point of contact within theProcurement Operations group to manage workspace creation, DOA approval,final contract execution and ongoing administrative support for the agreementgoing forward. Necessitates understanding of Ariba Contracts application,contracting methods and contract types to maintain and manage agreements.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance thecustomer experience.
ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance thecustomer experienceManage contract request intake process, organizes and documents workelectronically through the use of a contract status log, electronic filingsystem, and entering into companies electronic contract management system(Ariba Contracts Management)Review and analyze complex contracts, verifying accuracy and resolvingdiscrepancies in line with company policies and other requirementsManage Ariba Contract Workspace through all stages (creation, approval,amendment, signature) applying solid knowledge of contracting methods andcontract typesProvide ongoing contract management support and training, ensuringcompliance with contractual requirements with both internal personnel andexternal stakeholdersAct as a central point of contact for clarification on Ariba contractprocess, required documentation, and Charter's contract management systemDevelop and evolve productive relationships with key internal stakeholders andsuppliersCollaborate with senior level Procurement personnel, Legal, and Finance toensure contracts' compliance with company standards to manage risk andliabilitIdentify and make recommendations of ways to improve business processes andassist with the plans to implement these changes in collaboration withProcurement leadership, Sourcing, the Business stakeholders and LegalProvide analysis to support decisions for changeEffectively support and manage complex BU/CategoryProvide guidance and training to less experienced staffParticipate in project teams or special project assignmentsPerform other duties as assigned and/or required

The pay for this position has a salary range of $67,100.00 to$107,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide rangeof factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience andlocation. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms ofcompensation such as bonuses.
