Contract Recruiter

　　SRC, Inc. (https://www.srcinc.com) is seeking a Contract Recruiter. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for defense and commercial opportunities. The Contract Recruiter will be an integral part of supporting business strategy and execution of programs that support immediate and contingent hiring efforts. The successful candidate will also be expected to have the ability to diversify their recruiting strategies to accommodate multiple business groups. This is a 6+ month contract with the potential to become full-time. This position is remote and must be within driving distance to any of our four locations: Syracuse, NY, Dayton, OH, San Antonio, TX or Herndon, VA.

　　What You’ll Do

　　Engage in creative and targeted sourcing strategies to help identify and attract candidates

　　Maintain a network of contacts and leverage multiple sourcing tools and technologies, including but not limited to, personal networking, direct sourcing, cold-calling, employee referrals, social media, career fairs, and the applicant tracking system (ATS)

　　Manage full recruiting cycle from research to candidate identification, interviews, and negotiations

　　Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across assigned focus areas

　　Actively manage candidate experience to ensure highest quality experience through all recruitment stages

　　Develop a thorough and deep understanding of the projects and services within our DoD and commercial business portfolios

　　Provide continuous and open communication to hiring team regarding recruitment efforts

　　Exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills

　　Champion SRC’s culture of diversity and inclusion while ensuring a positive customer/candidate experience

　　What You’ll Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

　　6+ years of experience in a recruiting or human resources position

　　Previous DOD/government contracts experience

　　Experience with applicant tracking systems

　　Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to recruiting and employment

　　Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills

　　Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)

　　Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities, and successfully meet deadlines

　　Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

　　Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated hourly rate for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $40 to $48. The actual hourly rate will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
