  Contract Processing Administrator

  General Description: To perform Sales and Finance contract processing, general accounting and administrative duties, and support to Managers, as necessary. This role is a critical component of the administrative/accounting/finance and sales teams. As such, your job responsibilities and hours may occasionally be altered to help others complete their duties. The company’s current information management system is a large part of the job so computer training will be necessary in order to efficiently perform your duties. From time-to-time, this position may require travel to other offices inside the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time position with normal hours of operations between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

  Key Responsibilities:

  Contract Management:

  Daily processing of customer contracts within the company system

  Daily processing of addendums

  Daily processing of Right -to-Cancel forms & Cancelations.

  Create and keep records of daily bank deposits.

  Process and Verify all finance contract paperwork.

  Process and maintain unapproved contract; drive them toward an approved status.

  Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.

  Collect and process Cash/Checks for the South Location

  Administrative:

  Assist in resolving jobs on “Hold” to move them to completion status.

  Assist in resolving jobs in “Not Approved” status to move them to completion status.

  Assist in Daily admin functions during PTO or leave.

  Assist in follow-up scenarios.

  Secure financing, stipulations and documentation for financed contracts including obtaining credit decisions.

  Position Requirements:

  Highly organized & detail-oriented

  Passion for working with others.

  Command a professional approach when interacting with customers.

  Develop camaraderie, rapport and relationships within the organization.

  Excellent oral & written communication skills

  Exceptional attention to quality & service excellence

  Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically, Word, and Excel.

  Highest standards of ethics & handling matters of a confidential nature.

  Strong problem-solving abilities

  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

  High School diploma required, Associates degree or higher a plus

  Produce high-quality outputs, including email & mail correspondence, reports, and memorandums.

  Proven ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
