JOB REQUIREMENTS: KI has an opening for a Contract Manager at ourCorporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The Contract Manager hasexcellent knowledge of KI products and supports ensuring profitabilityfor all KI Division and International Customers through contractdiscussions. This position works with Executive teams to review presentand future business practices required with products, pricing, andpolicies to maintain market competitiveness, profitability and assist inthe decisions making. The Contract Manager reviews and directlynegotiates with Contractors and End-Users to mitigate the risk writteninto the Subcontracts presented to KI. This position oversees a team ofContract Coordinators and positions that focus on proposals, marketintelligence, and corporate agreements. The ideal candidate will have aBachelor\'s degree in Business, or a related field, and significantmanagement experience of customer service and sales operations,including bid/quote preparation and contract/agreement negotiations andlegal compliance. Candidates must have knowledge of accounting andfinancial principles, a strong understanding of pricing/discountcalculations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and beable to comprehend contractual language.
